The Verona Magic Mill Assistent, Red
I am in love with this appliance of mine! I have had several mixers over the years, different models of kitchenaids and a viking, and this surpasses them all. It hesitates at nothing and I bake from scratch. It whips cream and egg whites like a dream. I make a lot of breads and it is fantastic at all stages. I do like that I can add ingredients and not pour it on the motor and see how it is incorporated. You do have to move the arm to get to the center sometimes but that is better than having it sit on the bottom unmixed and the sides are also incorporated as it spins. The bowl spins not the arm holding the beater. The beater does spin with the bowl. It also has an arm that scraps the sides at all times. There are 2 arms working as you are mixing. This thing is made like a tank and will last well past my lifetime. The stainless and red looks beautiful on my counter as my kitchen colors are in reds, oranges and yellows.

I tried, but couldn't like this mixer!
I bought the N30 even though I have the Bosch Universal Plus. I thought I'd like the mixer and sell my Bosch, but I just couldn't. I find I really like Bosch's dough hook technology far better than the roller/scraper. Sent it back to the company.
