Hawos Octagon 1 grain mill
I have the Hawos Octagon 1 now for over 20 years. We use it daily as we bake our own bread and mill all other flour for biscuits, cakes, etc. We never had a problem with it - it just goes and goes and goes. At the moment I am thinking of bying the Octagon 2, because that one can mill corn and chickpeas as well, which the Octagon 1 can't. Otherwise I wouldn't dream of replacing it.

This product is suitable for "Soba" making
I made "Soba" and Japanease Noodle with this product.
This machine work very well.
