Horrible customer Service NEVER BUY
Bought this waffle iron, used it for about a year when the inside black coating started to come off. I called Bella asking them for a replacement. Was told they do NOT replace their small appliances even if it's a defective appliance. I would NEVER buy another Bella Kitchen Product. The waffle iron is just junk!
Great...while it lasts
My mother in law gave me this as a gift for me two years ago for Christmas. I've used it maybe 10 times, but I thought it made perfect waffles. It suddenly broke today, and I'll be buying a replacement from a different brand. I expect products to last through more than a dozen uses.
