Noisy
I've had multiple Scottsman variations over the past 13 years. My original finally blew the compressor so I ordered this one thinking it was a direct replacement and probably better. It's deeper, a problem, the drain line is HUGE, a bigger problem, but, the noise! It's louder than my dishwasher, refrigerator and the dogs combined...I guess all in the name of energy efficiency. Wish I had bought a compressor and had the original which was awesome.
